Boss Remodeling, LLP was founded in June 2025 by the dynamic husband-and-wife team of Adam and Alicia Hubbard. The inception of the company was driven by their shared passion for environmental conservation and a deep-seated commitment to addressing the pressing issues of global warming. Recognizing the significant impact that residential energy consumption has on carbon emissions, Adam and Alicia saw an opportunity to make a lasting difference through exterior home remodeling.
The founders' decision to establish Boss Remodeling, LLP was rooted in their belief that they could contribute meaningfully to environmental sustainability by helping homeowners reduce their dependence on fossil fuels. Their vision extended beyond immediate energy savings; they aimed to create a ripple effect of reduced carbon footprints for families occupying these homes for generations to come. This long-term perspective on environmental impact became a cornerstone of the company's mission and values.
From the outset, Adam and Alicia recognized that their diverse skill sets would be instrumental in creating a unique and fulfilling experience for their customers. Adam's extensive background in home remodeling sales and business management complemented Alicia's expertise in customer care, honed through her years in nursing. This combination of technical knowledge and empathetic service became the hallmark of Boss Remodeling, LLP's approach, setting them apart in the competitive exterior home remodeling market.
As a startup, Boss Remodeling, LLP quickly established itself as a forward-thinking company in the Allen County area. The Hubbard's focus on energy-efficient solutions, coupled with their commitment to personalized service, resonated with homeowners looking to improve both the aesthetics and environmental performance of their homes. By offering state-of-the-art windows, siding, and doors, along with expert installation and unparalleled customer care, Boss Remodeling, LLP began its journey to revolutionize the exterior home remodeling experience while contributing to a more sustainable future.
